Delivery & Returns
We offer FREE delivery on all items using standard delivery. A first class option is available at an extra cost.
Standard delivery allow 2-5 business days, 1st class 1-3 business days, these are approximate times.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm on the same day. However please allow 24 - 48 hours. Once dispatched delivery times are out of our control.
We do not offer international deliveries and only deliver within the UK
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched please email us and we will happily do this for you. Once dispatched it will be your responsibility to return the item to us and once received we will process a no quibble refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you may cancel your order within 30 days after you take delivery of the goods. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regs 2013, if you cancel within 30 calendar days you will receive a full refund.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned within 28 days and must be in new unused condition and have all the tags/original packaging. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post.
All items are checked for faults prior to despatch, in the unlikely event of us delivering an incorrect or faulty item we will gladly refund the postage cost of returning the item (at standard 2nd class rate) and offer a refund/replacement.
